• Airline Carrier
• Flight Number(s)
• Airway Bill Number (Flight Ticket)
• Estimated time of departure/arrival
• Details of where to check-in your pet(s)
• Date and time of check-in
• Details of collection point at destination
• Details of container(s) Delivery (Home or Airport)
• Veterinary/Requirements (Check-list) |

CONTAINERS: Would become your property, and, to make things easy, the larger ones could be delivered and waiting for you at the cargo centre, at the airport of your embarkment - Where a duty office would be on hand to assist.
